Purpose :

  • Main housing
  • Secondary or retirement house

Eligible persons :

Employees from a company that has signed a convention with CFC

Duration :

25 à 300 months depending on the borrowing power.

Interest rate:

from 3,145% to 4,193% HT , or from 3,75% to 5%TTC

Capacity of indebtedness:

With conformity of the convention CFC/Employer

Grace period :

From 1 to18 months, until 24 months according to the case.

Minimum deposit :

According to the convention CFC/Employer and depending on the borrowing power.

Amount :

Up to 150 000 000 CFAF depending on the borrower power.

Means of re-imbursement :

  • Payment Order from the bank
  • Payment Order from the employee

Financed operations:

  • Land purchase
  • Land purchase + Construction
  • Construction of accommodation
  • Acquiring of accommodation
  • Acquiring of accommodation + completion works
  • Upgrading and finishing of accommodation
  • Mort-gage refinancing loan
  • Mortgage refinancing loan + completion works

Guarantee :

  • First mort-gage
  • Life and Incapacity insurance
  • Fire insurance
  • In case of amelioration of a home for an amount less than 8 000 000 FCFA and for a maximum duration of 3 years , CFC requires a land certificate free of mortgage, but a guarantee from a notary authority
